I’m a creative mentor and idea activator. I help creative folks ditch the overwhelm and get the clarity they need to bring their visions to life.
I consider your vision a sacred calling. Following someone else’s blueprint just won’t work. Instead, I’m about helping you tap into your own deep wisdom to find the path that is right for you.
I bring my whole self to this work. In addition to being a coach and creative mentor, I have 20+ years business experience in the areas of strategy, marketing, and product development.

Visioning is one of my superpowers.
I have an uncanny ability to peer into the future, tapping into the wealth of possibilities just beyond the horizon. As such, I’m a master at helping people develop a crystal-clear vision—one that feels powerful and alive. I can also spot a ho-hum vision from a mile away and help shape it into one that lights your soul on fire.
Deep listening is another.
When we talk, I listen not only to what you say but also to how you say it. I notice how your voice catches when you talk about your kids and how you come alive the minute your passion project comes up. I support you by listening closely, asking questions, and reflecting on what you most need to see.
I’m an idea ninja.
If you need ideas, I’ve got them—in spades. Struggling to market your new product? To combine diverse passions into a thriving business? To be more present with your family? I’ve got ideas for that.
If you need an impartial sounding board to bounce ideas off, I can help with that too. And, if you’re spinning out with too many ideas, I can help you cut through the noise so you can get clear and focused on what matters most.
I’m also an action activator.
Part of what made me successful in the corporate world is my ability to catalyze people into action – not with threats or bribes or any such ick. Instead, I help people invest in a vision, get excited, and take action. And, when you feel stuck or need a boost, I can help you tap back into the core of your vision – your powerful WHY – so you can get moving again.
I love connecting people, ideas, and information.
One of my superpowers is seeing connections where other people don’t. You might think: What could your interests in rock climbing, gourmet cooking, and the violin have in common? I promise you, there are a million things we can do with that! If you’re struggling to figure out how to bring together seemingly disparate things, I’ve got you covered.
I believe everything is connected.
The way I see it is we’re all in this together, and what we do during our time on this planet matters. Our thoughts and actions, or lack of action, create ripples. Ripples that affect our lives, our families, our communities, and the world. This is why I don’t work with folks focused solely on the bottom line. No judgment; I just know I wasn’t put on this planet to elevate the wants of one above the needs of the collective.
I’m a soul having a human experience, and so are you.
For years, I went to work and checked my soul at the door. As a result, I wound up feeling depleted, restless, and empty. I’ve since learned how important it is to show up with my whole self – body, mind, and spirit. Bringing all three together is not only essential for my well-being, but it also creates a strange kind of magic. Magic that has the power to move mountains and transform lives.

One of the ways I do that is by sharing knowledge in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
